Effective for: Impart Global Pass, Trashed Artists NFTs, and $TRASH
1. Definitions & Context
The Impart Global Pass and Trashed Artists NFTs (the “NFTs”) are digital cultural assets issued by Impart Global. These NFTs serve as symbolic access points within the Impart creative ecosystem. $TRASH is a culture coin designed to represent creative alignment and community participation. It is not a financial instrument, investment, or form of currency, and holds no guaranteed monetary value.
2. Funding & Community Vault
A portion of consultancy-based project resources may be periodically contributed to a Community Culture Vault. This vault exists to support community interaction and creative engagement, and is not funded by NFT sales nor tied to any investment model.
3. Randomized Token Distributions
Each day, one wallet holding an Impart Global Pass and one wallet holding a Trashed Artists NFT may be randomly selected to receive up to 1% of the vault’s balance in $TRASH. These distributions are:- Fully discretionary and not guaranteed - Randomized and not based on performance - Separate from and not tied to NFT ownership rights
4. No Financial Return or Expectation
Owning an Impart Global Pass or Trashed Artists NFT does not entitle you to dividends, profits, equity, or any financial return. $TRASH is not an investment product and should not be interpreted as holding any monetary value. Participation in the community vault system does not imply yield, staking, or income.
5. No Market or Liquidity Guarantees
$TRASH is a symbolic cultural token and may or may not be listed on any public marketplace. Impart Global does not guarantee liquidity, exchange functionality, or resale value.
6. Risks & Participant Acknowledgment
By holding one of the NFTs or receiving $TRASH, you acknowledge:- The symbolic nature of the token - The randomized nature of any distributions - That any value is subjective and may fluctuate or remain negligible You also accept full responsibility for wallet security, asset handling, and any technical use of these tokens.
7. Tax & Legal Considerations
Any individual receiving $TRASH is solely responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable local tax obligations. Consult a qualified tax advisor before participating if needed.
